Student Permits

Canadian universities consistently rank among the best in the world, providing an excellent opportunity to advance your career and gain international experience. Citizenship and Immigration Canada mandates that international students have enough money to cover their living expenses while studying.
Foreign students, on the other hand, have the option of working while studying in Canada. International students can now work off-campus without a work permit.
During the academic term, study permits allow for up to 20 hours of off-campus work per week, and full-time employment during academic breaks.
Studying in Canada will also provide opportunities to stay and work in Canada, possibly even granting permanent residency.
Before you begin your application, make sure you meet all of the IRCC’s requirements for a study permit.
